A bit about me

Hi my name is Kelsey, I was a child care assistant for 7 years and then started Kelsey Kare around the 6th year of me doing child care. I always knew I would either work with kids or animals. At the beginning of Kelsey Kare I did both babysitting and taking care of animals. After doing both jobs for a year I was able to quit and do dog walking/pet sitting full time. I wanted to make sure animals were getting the best care possible and that owners wouldn’t have to go through such nightmares I would hear about that they could be on vacation or at work and have peace of mind that their home and animals were taken care of.

Since starting my business its been me with some help from other sitters/walkers, even had family and friends helping. I have achieved several different certifications within the industry over the last few years. I even took a business class when I was in college, I think I always knew I would want to do my own thing!

In 2023 I change my business name and made it an LLC and hired two people and I am finally growing my empire of dog walkers! I intend to do that with hiring people and helping people figure out their own pet service business. In my eyes I want my empire to just be people working for me but people I have worked with and have help guide them through starting a business.

I started Coaching With Kelsey in 2023 as well, I have been wanting to do coaching/consulting for a very long time. I have other sitter/walker friends who would always ask for advice. I decided this year I would finally start this so I can help more than just my friends. I am so excited to offer one on one coaching and help people find what sets fire to their soul and get to live the life they want and deserve!
