Cancellation Policy

Visits

-Must cancel within 24 hours of the visit for no fee

-Same day cancellation $25 fee

If you are out of town and come home early and cancel services you must pay full price of the day that was cancelled

Payment Policy

 Daily Visits

-Must pay within 7 days of receiving invoice, if payment is not received within 7 days there will be a $50 late payment fee added and visits will be put on hold until payment is received. (If you have an issue, please contact Kelsey before the 7 days are up for there to possibly not be a late fee)

Out of Town Visits/Overnights/Boarding

-Must pay half of total a week prior to leaving (this is a nonrefundable retainer)

-Must pay the remaining balance within 7 days of returning, if the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of your return there will be a $50 late payment added to your invoice
